I waited around all day and, uh, the kringle still never showed up. Frustrating, honestly

I was in a relaxed mood when I ordered, and the checkout process was simple. I found what I needed, added it to my cart, and the steps were clear enough that I didn’t have to think too much about it.

The only thing I noticed was that the page slowed down a bit when I entered my payment info. I waited for a moment just to make sure everything actually went through, which was a little annoying but not a huge deal.
My confirmation email showed up right away after that, so I felt good about the order. Overall, it was a smooth checkout experience, just with that small slowdown keeping it from being perfect.

I was just disappointed, really disappointed. I expected better, but it didn’t work out for me at all. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered from kringleheaven.com for the first time and it felt real, authentic to me. The site was simple enough to get around, and my order showed up in decent shape. Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a big deal, not a big deal at all. I liked what I got and I’d probably order again. Giving it 4 stars because I do think they could make the order updates a little clearer.

I ordered a box of specific kringles for a family visit, and somehow I ended up with totally different flavors than what I picked. One was missing too, which was extra annoying because I had planned it out for everyone. My aunt is oddly particular about these things, and I can’t blame her because dessert is kind of the main event at our get-togethers. I emailed customer service, but the reply didn’t really solve anything in time. It was just frustrating, especially since I paid extra expecting the order to be right.
